These terms describe use of the TectonPro LLC website and the general scope of ITIN application support. Before confirming an order, review the services, currency and prices on your selected language page and the service arrangements agreed with TectonPro.

1. Website information and professional engagement
Website content provides general information, not tax or legal advice tailored to your circumstances. Browsing, using the price estimator or making an initial inquiry does not itself establish a professional engagement. The scope of services and engagement arrangements must be confirmed by both parties.
2. Provider, credentials and the IRS
TectonPro LLC provides ITIN application support, including agreed Form W-7 preparation, document checks and CAA identity-document review. CPA is a professional license; CAA is a status under the IRS Acceptance Agent Program. Neither is a government guarantee of results. The IRS decides whether to issue an ITIN and request additional documents. An ITIN does not grant immigration status or permission to work.
3. Applicant information, verification and signatures
Applicants must provide truthful, accurate, complete information they are entitled to provide, report relevant changes and cooperate with applicable document checks. Applicants must sign Form W-7 as required; any legally applicable guardian or authorized-signature situation must be checked separately. Staff must not sign without authorization. A video interview does not by itself remove the CAA requirement to possess and examine original documents or issuing-agency-certified copies. Confirm document-delivery arrangements before proceeding.
4. Prices, currencies and optional services
The Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English pages show their respective currencies and prices, rather than a single quotation converted at a live exchange rate. Before ordering, confirm the package, add-ons, currency, total and delivery arrangements. The questionnaire provides an estimate; unconfirmed optional services should not be automatically added.
5. Refund if not approved and order handling
If the ITIN application is not approved, all amounts paid are refundable except postage already actually incurred. This includes eligible amounts paid for mail receiving, original-document return and expedited service. Any postage deduction must reflect actual costs and the amount should be explained to the customer; postage not yet incurred should not be deducted. Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days from the date the unsuccessful application and refund amount are confirmed. This refund policy is not a guarantee of IRS approval. Voluntary cancellation arrangements should be explained before engagement and must not reduce rights under applicable law.
6. Timing, expedited service and delivery
Published timelines are estimates. IRS review, requests for documents and delivery conditions affect actual timing. Expedited handling by the provider is not a guarantee of expedited IRS processing. For selected mail-receiving or original-document return services, confirm the address, recipient and delivery arrangements, and promptly report address changes. Delivery and return of originals are separate from retention of CAA record copies.
7. Acceptable use, external platforms and personal information
Do not impersonate others, submit false documents, infringe rights or interfere with the website. Official lookup resources, WeChat, LINE and external ordering links lead to independent platforms whose terms also apply to use of those platforms. See the website Privacy Policy for information processing. The policy is not unlimited authorization for any use of personal information.
8. Concerns, user rights and updates
For website or service concerns, contact TectonPro through the homepage WeChat or Traditional Chinese page LINE entry and provide necessary order-identification information. Both parties should first check the facts and discuss resolution. Nothing here excludes non-waivable rights under applicable law or creates a blanket exclusion of all service responsibility. Updates should not retroactively reduce confirmed prices, refund promises or other agreed order rights.
